I know, I know – you all are lining up to get yourselves a copy of this hot item. But if you knew my girls, you would be as giddy as I am over what amounts to a pretty darn near perfect present for them.
If you can’t tell by looking, Country Goes Raffi is a personal favorite. You get all the goofy, silly Raffi songs sung by all different artists, so it makes the listening more palatable to the grown-up ear. I didn’t put this song on my mix CD, but the song Blessed Be sung by Alison Krauss has to be one of my all-time favorite baby songs. It is so sweet. If you have munchkins, I highly recommend this album.
World Playground is a great, eclectic collection as well.
